How to Complete Supplier Onboarding Requirements in ManageRight

Modified on Thu, 26 Sep, 2019 at 2:19 PM

When a staffing agency or staffing agency branch is being set up for the first time in ManageRight, or added as a new supplier for a client, DWS will create your company as a supplier in a Pending Onboard status. Current staffing agencies may also be put into an Onboariding status if additional requirements are added.

For new agencies, DWS will add one person as the main supplier representative (typically a branch manager or account rep) who will be responsible for adding new staffing agency users, and for completing the supplier onboarding requirements. The new user will receive the email below, with a link and temporary password to set up a login.

After setting up your login, go to My Inbox > Pending > Suppliers Onboarding.

The Supplier Onboarding section will display the number of remaining requirements.

Select your company name to update unmet requirements. Client requirements may vary but will typically include a requirement for a signed staffing agreement, a compliant insurance certificate, and a W9. The list may also include some optional (preferred) items.

Scroll to the right to upload required documents. After uploading the document, change the requirement Status to Completed.

Private documents (such as an ACH/banking document) should not be made visible to the Client or Workers. DWS (services/MSP) users will be able to view all of your documents. Certificates of insurance must include an expiration date.

After you have Completed all Mandatory requirements, DWS will be notified that the Supplier is Pending Review. After reviewing the requirements, DWS will accept or reject the requirements. Upon Completion and Acceptance of all requirements, the Supplier status will change to Active and the Supplier will be considered an approved staffing agency for that client.
