Restart Device for Kronos inTouch 9100 series TimeClock

Most problems can be solved by restarting the device. You can easily just unplug the power plug from the wall or ethernet cord if POE (power over ethernet).


Steps on restarting device from the Maintenance Menu:

  1. Click on the Maintenance button (button on bottom right of device, has 3 lines on the button)
  2. On Screen, Touch Maintenance Mode  & default password is 115190
  3. Touch Advanced button
  4. Touch Restart Device
  5. Click Restart Device, then a popup will display
  6. This will now start the reboot process, shut down the machine and restart. It will land back on the Main Punch Menu after a few minutes. It might even go through an update process if one is triggered to run at that time.
  7. If you are still experiencing issues please contact your DWS program management team via email.
